An exciting opportunity has arisen since we are expanding our team with two Campaign Managers in our Global Sales and Marketing Division. This role is central to the success and growth of our business and part of the sales strategy, where one of your key responsibilities are to ensure proposals are optimal and aligned across our business divisions for winning new business. You will play an important part in ensuring on-time quality proposals, manage bids and customer requests and follow-up to ensure actions are taken.

As Campaign Manager you will work within a multi-discipline and multi-function global team, including opportunities for working directly with our customers and travelling globally. You will act as a project manager to coordinate global sales team from different part of the KM matrix organization.

In this position you will be given a great opportunity for personal development and growth. Working closely with an experienced Naval team on a global arena, building relationships and network with customers and wider KM organization, as well as improved understanding of our business, our technology and products.

Qualifications and experience

You should have a bachelor’s degree in engineering, business or finance discipline and basic understanding of Kongsberg Maritimes products/services. A winning mindset of being curious, responsive and driven to make business is key to succeed in this position, together with program management and leadership skills. You should preferably have financial acumen and excellent verbal and written communication skills in English. A well-structured, systematical and communicative working approach is important to plan, set goals, follow up and coordinate team resources effectively.

We appreciate your ability to build a useful network of contacts and relationships and utilizes it to achieve objectives. We believe that you have a methodical and systematic approach, plan ahead, define clear priorities and allocates resources effectively. You should be able to communicate in a clear, precise and structured way.

Location: Sweden (Kristinehamn), Norway (Kongsberg/Ulsteinvik) or United Kingdom (Dunfermline/Newcastle).
