If this sounds like you… A Business & Operations Customer Service position we have in Immingham could be what you have been searching for!!

Working Monday to Friday, 08:30 – 17:30, our operation runs constantly, so we need you to monitor the status of each delivery, keeping the customers informed. Providing support to the planners, regarding collections & delivery ETA’s. You will be expected to have a high level of computer literacy, to enable you to update our stock and transport management systems, data capture and input for customer KPI’s, along with keeping accurate records, to ensure invoices, reports & statistical information can be produced. If you have a gregarious nature, but enjoy working as part of a team, willing to take responsibility and make informed decisions, then please get in touch with us. You will be required to multitask and solve problems as you’ll be working in the heart of logistics, liaising with warehouses and transport planners to ensure we achieve the targets set.

Creating accurate documentation to enable deliveries can be processed and transported in line with customers’ requirements. Actioning & producing customer returns with any queries they have – don’t worry we’ll give you the all the training you need so you can deliver the best service possible. The team you will be joining are very supportive, enthusiastic & committed, whilst remaining logical and resilient in their work. All culminating in safeguarding and enhancing the service level offered by DFDS and surpassing our customer expectations.
