For our Sales & Marketing Strategy and Business Development group in Istanbul, we are looking for a Business Development Specialist.

The Role…Business Development Specialist's responsibilities include developing key growth sales strategies, tactics, and action plans. Successful execution of these strategies is required to achieve your financial targets. Business Development Specialist duties will include hitting annual targets, building relationships, and understanding customer trends.

Key Responsibilities…


• Continuously learn what we do and get used to business operations
• Learn how to use and extract data from internal systems
• Collaborate with colleagues from different departments
• Be in touch with both internal and external stakeholders
• Update exiting reports and develop new ones regarding our operations to keep track of what and how we are doing such as pricing, market, competitiveness analysis
• Do market research for projects and prepare presentations
• Participate in revenue budgeting processes
• Participate in developing products & services to make growth and profit-oriented in-vestment proposals by using the company’s infrastructure at an optimum level


Key Skills...

• Bachelor’s degree in engineering, management, or economics
• 2 – 4 years of working experience
• MS Office skills especially in Excel
• Fluent in English for attending training, collaborating with colleagues and customers from different nationalities.
• Careful and have a systematic working approach
• Analytical mindset
• A team player with strong communication and interpersonal skills
