Business Analyst to SEB

Do you want to develop the future digital services at SEB? If yes, you now have the opportunity to join SEB as a Business Analyst in the “Pay and get paid” tribe within the Accounts and Payments domain. Here you will get the opportunity to work in an agile team and be part of shaping and developing our future digital customer service experience.

About the job
As a Business analyst you will play a central and crucial part in SEBs digital journey both when it comes to new technologies and agile modern ways of working. You will work in close cooperation with payments business- and product owners with focus on identifying business needs, performing investigations and capturing requirements on IT-solutions. The team is responsible for the process from business analysis and refining the requirements to design. As a Business Analyst you will support both the teams and the tribe in problem solving cross Payments business, Operations and Technology.

You will work with relevant strategies and roadmaps to make it clear for stakeholders and developers how the solution best will solve the requirement setup. The focus of our work is to facilitate faster deliveries to our clients and develop our future solutions.

Who are you?
You are used to working in an agile and global environment and you are deeply skilled in transforming business needs and regulatory requirements into detailed system requirements documentation. When the requirements work is extensive you can take lead to coordinate and drive transformation of the requirements work and related process improvements forward.

You have experience from working with products and processes within the Payments. It’s also qualifying if you have experience from working with IT-development in projects or in your daily work. We believe that you have an academic degree in Finance, Business, IT or equivalent. Beside from this we value the following personal capabilities: 

  • comfortable working both on your own and in teams as well as collaborating with stakeholders
  • prestigeless and flexible approach when working in a team
  • analytical, structured as well as driven
  • excellent capabilities in analyzing and breaking down complex processes in logical and understandable pieces
  • good listener who takes initiatives naturally
