Working Monday to Friday 8am – 5pm, you will be trained on all aspects of this role which includes (but is not limited to) using DFDS systems efficiently to collate data. You will also control the day to day running of vehicles, whilst understanding where your fleet will be on a daily basis. It is imperative that customers are kept up-to-date with any issues that may arise, therefore you may need to communicate this to them via email or phone whilst assisting hauliers/drivers to fix the situation. You must be able to complete basic administration duties, to be successful in this role.

DFDS are looking for a motivated individual who is eager to learn more about our industry. The successful applicant will be flexible and adaptable to change, whilst able to work under pressure.
