We offer you

As Application lead for Business Intelligence & Analytics you work close to the business and of course, you are IT-oriented. Together with system owners, you drive the overall system development and Kappahl forward by participating in planning and delivery within the Business Intelligence area in both development projects and daily operations. You aim to grow the BI platform together with the BI team and take an important role within the team and ensure maintained performance and wellbeing of the team.

Together with responsible business representative and the IT department, you will be responsible for creation and maintenance of development plan for solution within the area. You will have an overall understanding of processes and dependencies to other flows and integrations, solutions and systems/applications.

Your profile

We are looking for you, who have higher education in a relevant field and a background in Business Intelligence, data and analytics. You enjoy working with several parts of the system development process and having many contact areas, where you are stimulated by working at a high pace within a large organization. You have previous experience leading IT assignments and have a good understanding for how everything is connected from a user perspective as well as architecturally.

It is an advantage if you are familiar with Microsofts BI Products but also other BI environments since we are in a development phase.

As a person, you are structured and solution oriented. You like to be creative and find new ways, but also to get immersed in a challenging problem. We work in a team-based organization and value that you are communicative, and service minded. You are structured and can communicate freely in Swedish and English.
