What you will be working on

An exciting new opportunity has arisen for R&D interns to join the Navigation & Positioning department at Kongsberg Discovery in Trondheim. We are looking for a driven, solution-oriented engineer who enjoys both technical challenges and project-based work.

As an R&D intern, you will collaborate with and support R&D teams focused on developing products within the Navigation & Positioning department. We are seeking interns both within testing our user interfaces, as well as data annotation towards machine learning. We are seeking students in their 1st to 3rd year who are available to work part-time for at least 7.5 hours per week alongside their studies.

Qualifications and experience

• 1^st to 3^rd year student in a relevant bachelor or master degree within:
  • Software development
  • Cybernetics
  • User experience and design
• Fluent in both spoken and written English. Fluency in spoken and written Norwegian is beneficial.
