Who you are

You are a sales-driven, native German speaker looking to establish a career within the recruitment industry. You live in Oslo, or are planning to move to Oslo in the near future. Helping people excites you, and you love spending your day on the phone speaking to candidates in search of a job abroad. Exceeding expectations, targets and KPI’s motivates you, and you have a proactive can-do attitude. You are competitive and enjoy working with fellow German recruiters to be the best team in the company.

What will you be doing:

As an international recruiter, your goal is to hunt down German speaking candidates who are ready to move abroad. You have all the freedom to create your own success - use your creativity to advertise on social media and job portals, put on your client relationship management hat when negotiating with clients, and be charming when speaking to candidates. You work against weekly and monthly KPIs and budgets to reach your goals.

Your job tasks include but are not limited to:

• Sourcie candidates through creative advertising and active headhunting. Use your imagination when it comes to job ads and social media posts to attract the right talent for the different jobs, and get your sales pitch ready for the cold-calling sessions
• Screen the candidates via phone and Skype calls to see if they are what the client is looking for
• Match-make. See what the candidate is looking for and hook him/her up with the right position abroad
• Present the candidate to the client and book interviews, follow these up, and place your candidate!
