The role is responsible for proactively introduce and present new agreements related to the  Energy and Control Systems (E&C) in coordination with the Customer Relation Manager team Worldwide.

About the Role

Kongsberg Maritime’s Global Customer Support division delivers world-class support to vessel owners operating worldwide. We are seeking an Agreement Content Manager to join our team and play a key role in managing and renewing agreements related to Energy & Control Systems (E&C).This position involves close collaboration with Customer Relation Managers (CRM), product departments, and service teams to ensure agreements are aligned with customer needs and company standards.

What you will be doing

  • Support Negotiations; Prepare agreements to ensure sustainable and suitable contract scope in line with Kongsberg and customer business requirements.
  • Support the Sales team before, during and after customer interventions
  • Close interaction with product departments to identify and update available services for the entire product range within E&C.
  • Cooperation with E&C service to identify services, level of services and service cost.

Qualifications & Skills

  • Engineer (BSc/MSc) or relevant technical education/experience
  • Proven negotiator and Sales skills.
  • Strong presentation and communication abilities.
  • Self-driven, diplomatic, and proactive with strong commercial awareness.
  • Fluent written and spoken English and native language.
  • It is desirable that you understand the width of the portfolio and an established internal network.
  • Ability to plan systematically and prioritize effectively.
  • Team-oriented and willing to travel as required.

This employment may require security clearance by the Norwegian National Security Authority, clearance through Civil Aviation Authority or a background check.
