Aftermarket Sales Manager – Offshore, Position Mooring and Tugs

An exciting opportunity has arisen as Aftermarket Sales Manager within the Offshore, Position Mooring and Tugs segment for DMMC in Global Customer Support. You will contribute in the segment’s sales activities, follow up dedicated colleagues and customers globally in close cooperation with the regional sales teams.

You will have sales responsibility into dedicated segments, products and customers for our equipment.  You will play an active role in our growth strategy by promoting our products and service offerings as part of technical and commercial proposals. By bringing your experience, high customer focus and outgoing personality to the team, you will enable our highly skilled sales team and thereby, contribute to maximize our sales potential.

Key accountabilities

  • Contribute to order intake within the department’s product segment
  • Proactively seek opportunities to grow the aftermarket business and cross-selling opportunities
  • Collaborate and contribute to an effective information flow in Aftermarket Sales 
  • Support Global Customer Support Strategic Programs and campaigns
  • Maintain and develop customer relations
  • Provide recommendations about client maintenance plans in unity with Life Cycle philosophy
  • Contribute and execution of strategic sales plans
  • Engage in outreach sales to customers and travel accordingly

 

Qualifications and experience

  • Preferably bachelor’s degree from a relevant field or a solid background from the maritime industry 
  • Preferably experience from customer interactions and sales
  • Proven skills in sales and/or program management
  • Travel as required on a global scale
