At DFDS in Cork we’re expanding, and we have plans to increase capacity – exciting right?  With this growth and our team expansion, we are looking for an administrator to join our us.  Our shipping route operates 7 days a week with information needed to be communicated between colleagues and customers to maintain our high customer service.   This is where we need you….

 

We’re on the hunt for a new colleague to join us to liaise with our customer service and management teams to ensure all cargo is correctly recorded, invoiced, and stored which feeds into the collation of key performance indicator information on a weekly and monthly basis.  We’ll need you to be quick thinking to deal with any queries efficiently but of course we’ll give you all the training you need to succeed in the role.  You’ll be joining a great team who work hard but are really supportive.

 

We need you to have good computer skills, although of course we will train you on our systems and if you have knowledge of transport or accounts systems this would be beneficial.  We’re a forward-thinking business so we’d love you to come in with some fresh ideas and adopt an innovative way of thinking so we can consistently improve out service.

 

Salary - 26,000 - 28,000 EUR
