Support the BU with administration activities including Visa and Residency arrangement, Travel arrangements for DNO personnel based on rotation planning or individual
requests, Translate incoming and outgoing correspondents and general documentation activities.
- Coordinate the maintenance and cleaning services for DNO office and accommodation premises.
- Travel and Accommodation arrangements for DNO staff, based on rotation planning or individual requests; along with visa & residency process for DNO Personnel
- Coordinate office activities and operations to secure efficiency and compliance to company policies;
- Document Controlling;
- Translation incoming and outgoing correspondent letters (English and Kurdish) ;
- Any other requirements by the Company
Required Qualifications & Experience:
- BSc in English / Business or related field.
- 1-3 years relevant experience in admin jobs / Oil And Gas experiance is preferred
- Strong Computer Skill (Word, Excel and Outlook)
- Advanced Communication and Language Skills, Kurdish and English are Must, Arabic is a plus.
- Demonstrable working knowledge & experience in Administration related activities;
