What you will be doing

  • Carrying out daily activities in accordance with the operating standards of the company
  • Customer Support invoicing
  • Maintain the AMS CRM mailbox forwarding/processing enquiries as necessary
  • Processing of Customer Support Engineer Expenses
  • Preparation, issuing and expediting of Purchase Orders
  • Review and Approve Supplier Invoices
  • Managing and ordering PPE and Workwear stock
  • Arranging external training and medicals and managing renewal s and recertifications
  • Demonstrating a high standard of good health and safety practice for both self and others
  • Operational use of ERP systems
  • Contributing towards effective team working and communication both internal and external
  • Understanding department targets, results, key performance indicators and your role in delivery of these indicators
  • Undertaking training as necessary to increase personal skills to achieve personal and department performance objectives


We think you should have

  • Demonstrable Microsoft Office skills
  • Demonstrable administrative experience
  • Knowledge of ERP Systems
