Vice President – People Development  - Corporate HR

We are looking for an experienced and proactive VP to join our Corporate HR team and head up the unit for People Development. You will manage and lead a functional team of professionals in Group HR and report to Senior Vice President HR.

You will have the key role in leading the Group´s work to deliver high quality learning initiatives to shape and strengthen capability, culture and performance in Statkraft. Various leadership development initiatives and the overall responsibility of learning platforms and people development tools and systems are also an important part of the role.

Your functional team, organized in Group HR, will have the end-to-end responsibility from framework and concept to implementation, and ensure worldwide alignment and consistency - while at the same time allowing for regional adaption.

Your role:

• Define main areas for learning and development based on business strategy and BA/SA needs
• Develop learning initiatives and training, including global tools and systems
• Initiate and develop leadership development programs/initiatives
• Develop and reinforce the people development process, including global tools/system
• Further develop diversity and inclusion measures and initiatives
• Conduct global employee engagement surveys
• Close collaboration with the wider HR organization and co-working in Functional Networks

Your profile:

• Higher relevant education, preferably at Master´s level
• Experience from senior HR positions, preferably in large or medium-sized international organizations with matrix organization and global operations
• Proven experience and results from people and leadership development initiatives, competence and training design and execution, as well as learning platforms, tools and systems in a global perspective
• Strong relationship builder with the ability to establish collaborative partnerships with internal and external stakeholders
• High degree of business acumen
• Solution oriented and strong decision maker, with excellent cooperative abilities
• High personal integrity and high ethical standards
• Excellent communication skills

Some travelling will be required. Work location is Lilleaker, Oslo or other Statkraft locations.
