As UX Designer you will be part of our UX team which is responsible for the user experience across the Azets customer portal and 7 applications. The Azets portal and applications assist small and medium businesses in handling their accounting, payroll, tax, audit and business advisory. The portal is currently being used by 170k+ users across 30k+ companies. Azets is a multinational corporation, with offices across 8 countries in the UK, the Nordics, Estonia, Lithuania and Romania.

About The Job:

Your main work tasks are conducting user research, creating UX concepts, wireframes, user flows and designing our financial applications. Our user experience designers work within our product teams to solve customer and business problems. Our product teams are cross-functional and durable, composed of a UX designer, product manager, front-end and development team. Collaboration is essential as we work across countries together with UI designers and development teams.

Requirements:

• 3-5 years work experience in the field of UX with relevant educations in HCI, Interaction design or equivalent
• Prototyping, interaction design experience and usability testing
• Experience of design tools such as Sketch, Adobe XD, Figma
• Fluent english language skill

 Nice to have:

• Swedish, Norwegian, Finnish, Danish language skills
• Experience with SCRUM and AGILE
• UI tools and design library
