Key Responsibilities:

• Be fully proficient in the functions of EPICOR and understand the consequences of actions taken when updating data
• Liaise with end users and Technical support personnel to ensure consistency and understanding of a system is appreciated and kept up to date
• Entering of details to record Receipts / Issues / Binning / Stock Adjustment information
• Create reports for end-users and Supervisors when necessary
• Reporting to expeditor & end-user on materials received
• Ordering and maintaining a significant stock of general warehouse consumable items to satisfy warehouse daily activities
• Raising stock count reports in line with cyclical stock count requirements
• Raising of Non-Conformance reports and distributing to SCM and end-users accordingly
• Filing and management of paperwork and records kept, archiving when necessary as appropriate
• Assist where requested by Storekeeper to help with general warehouse activities
• Ensure the cleanliness and maintenance of the warehouse on a constant basis.
• Follow DNO HSSE Standard & Procedure

 

Required Qualifications & Experience:

 

• At least one year’s knowledge and experience in warehouse operations
• Must speak & read English & Kurdish
• Working knowledge of relevant best practices & standards  
• PC Literate
• Understanding of basic material preservation practices
