We are now hiring a test manager for one of our very exciting autonomous development projects. You will be contributing to the test strategy and will work side by side with fellow testers designing, developing and implementing innovative test frameworks and methods for our next generation of remote and autonomous products. The perfect candidate has a genuine interest for testing, systems engineering process and has experience as test manager for very complex systems.

 

Key accountabilities

• Manage a highly qualified test team
• In charge of the test strategy within product area together with the test team
  • Test automation strategy
  • Multi-stage continuous integration
• Plan the scope of testing within the context of release and development projects
• Control and follow up the testing effort
• Report test results and KPI's
• Secure testware quality
• Strive for continuous improvements

 

Qualifications and experience

• Bachelor or master’s degree within engineering or computer science
• Knowledge of software and system development processes
• Experience as test manager or high experience as test engineer
• High technical understanding and ability to learn new systems
• Experience with managing test automation is desired
• Knowledge or experience with Azure DevOps is desired
• Knowledge or experience with maritime systems is a plus
• ISTQB certification is a plus
• Good verbal and written English
