JOB PURPOSE:

 

Reporting into the Cleaning Supervisor and responsible for maintaining a high standard of cleanliness throughout the offices and welfare facilities.

 

PRINCIPAL RESPONSIBILITIES:

 

• Cleaning of offices, meeting rooms and all welfare facilities
• Use of the Floor Cleaning Machine if required in the work area.
• Check equipment and notify Cleaning Supervisor of any defects.
• Refill, clean and maintain the coffee machines.
• Report any Maintenance issues to the Cleaning Supervisor.
• Notify the Cleaning Supervisor of any Janitorial replenishment.
• Work within the guidelines of the Cleaning Department Safe System of Work (SSoW).
• Follow COSHH data requirements

 

GENERAL RESPONSBILITIES:

 

• Maintain high standards of cleanliness in all areas.
• Ensure all jobs on the Cleaning Specification are carried out.
• Provide support in areas as required.
• Ensure PPE is to standard and report any problems to the Cleaning Supervisor immediately.
• Report to Cleaning Supervisor as necessary.
• To undertake any other role or task that is commensurate with the spirit and purpose of this job description.
