Terminal Administrator

JOB PURPOSE:

 

To control the departments administrative/accounting requirements on a job basis level. Provide accurate information and revenue invoicing in accordance with company deadlines.

 

 PRINCIPAL RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Collate information from operational teams in preparation for invoicing, accruals, and reports.
  • Ensure all revenue invoices are raised in line with company deadlines with attention to detail and accuracy
  • Maintain and provide relevant information and supporting documents in accordance with customer requirements.
  • Consistently finding ways to improve accuracy and preparation of information.
  • Liaising with the finance team and assisting in resolving any customer invoice queries.
  • Providing assistance to the Administration Manager as and when required.
  • Ensure all documentation is correctly stored and recorded so that accurate information is available upon request
  • Assisting colleagues within the Department to create Teamwork and work closely with other departments.
  • Deal with any queries in a time sensitive manner.

 

GENERAL RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Strong verbal, written and interpersonal communication skills.
  • Ability to communicate and articulate at all levels clearly and concisely, as the role involves a high amount of interaction across multiple areas.
  • Exhibit the ability to manage workload under strict timelines, as well as the ability to work well in a demanding, dynamic environment and meet overall objectives.
  • Adhere to all relevant policies, operating procedures and standards at all times.
  • Always work with due care and attention to ensure the personal safety of yourself and others.
  • Attend staff meetings and training sessions as required using them to make a positive contribution to the business.
  • Carry out any other role or task that is commensurate with the spirit and purpose of this job description.
