• Handle TSS with Egypt customers by providing technical service, guidance and advice to them with regular visits to applicator’s facilities as well to ensure that our products are applied properly without any issues
• Understand product complaints / claims by discussions and trials to ensure that key technical issues are well understood
• Run customers plant improvement projects by undertaking product development trials of applicators facilities to ensure that customers get the benefits from Jotun’s Innovation programmes
• Conduct applicator plant audits by technical visit programme to ensure that refined quality standards in application are adhered to
• Handle the customer colour matching request by collecting master panel from sample submittal till approval stage to convert into sales orders
• Liaise with the sales team to position the right product by analysing product performance to convert into sales orders
  

Bachelor's Degree 

3-6 years of related work experience that includes technical knowledge and experience of powder application and/or performance coatings

Arabic and English fluency is a must

• Uses a methodical and systematic approach; plans ahead, defines clear priorities and allocates resources effectively
