Job Summary:
Manage the day-to-day SCM activities in relation to supply of food, catering & cleaning consumables. Develop & award contracts and purchase orders in support.
Key Responsibilities:
- Preparation of contract & procurement plans and processing of requests for proposals/tenders;
- Evaluate contractor/supplier proposals and manage negotiations for contracts/purchase orders for assigned areas of responsibility;
- Evaluates and analyzes received tenders / bids / quotations / proposals / offers to establish the detailed commercial and pricing implications;
- Contract administration;
- Perform tasks associated with assigning/executing EPICOR purchase orders;
- Manage & expedite delivery of goods and services;
- Perform market analysis within relevant contracting & procurement areas;
- Participate in prequalification of contractors and suppliers when required;
- Arrange logistical services that move materials in a cost effective, safe, efficient and risk-free manner;
- Ensure that all Company, Partner and Governmental requirements are incorporated in the SCM process and complied with.
Required Qualifications & Experience:
- HND and/or Certificate, 10+ years relevant experience;
- Demonstrable knowledge & experience in Supply Chain activities;
- Working knowledge of International Procurement Governance;
- Min 5 years working knowledge in Oil & Gas Supply Chain position;
