An exciting opportunity has arisen as Service Coordinator, reporting to After Market Support Team Leader. In this role, you will be responsible for responding to customers and allocating the proper service engineer for larger in-depth projects and multi dept services. Aiding and supporting the customers.
The Service Coordinator is the “go-to” person for all project related needs from both internal and external customers. All customers will receive timely and accurate responses. This position requires vast customer support skills as it requires frequent contacts with customers and sister companies/headquarters. This Service Coordinator will work with the Spare part and Service support team to accurately fill customer needs.

Key Accountabilities:
• Communicate with the customer before and during the service and assist with all questions related to engineer scheduling and job specifics.
• Main responsible for personnel logistics including subcontractors’ when applicable.
• Quoting quality and accurate service requests from the customer, for cases of Time&Material.
• Responsible for Work orders and Service appointments for project related service orders.
• Responsible for assigned CRM queues and e-mail routing when required.
• Additional tasks as deemed necessary by Direct Manager or GCS Director/ Country Manager.
• Take part in KM Brazil 24-hour emergency support and KM Brazil service desk emails outside of normal business hours.

Qualifications and Experience:
• Good English written and verbal communication with both internal and external customers
• High level of customer service skills
• Technical expertise is a plus
• Experience with Windows based ERP system is a plus
• Knowledge of operating a PC and working with Microsoft Office
• Knowledge of KM Worldwide organizations, products, deliveries, and customers is a plus.
