We are inviting sales experienced candidates who demonstrate remarkable selling and negotiating skills coupled with a strong will to succeed in a highly competitive market to apply for this position.
The holder of this position will play a crucial role in accelerating the growth in our Decorative business in Kuwait Market and will report to the Decorative Segment Manager.
- Promote and sell Jotun Decorative products to customers in assigned areas by creating new customers through planning frequent visits to existing and potential customers in order to obtain market information and increase Jotun’s market share
- To follow up and monitor projects closely by ensuring Jotun’s products are used in order to achieve targeted sales budget
- To maintain customers’ contact by planning regular visits, responding to enquiries, provide proper painting systems and technical service in order to achieve sales budget
- Follow up and monitor customers’ on proper pricing and payment to reduce Days of sales outstanding and to achieve the targeted gross margin
- Co-ordinate with internal departments like: Customer Service, Marketing and Production to ensure high quality of service is provided
- Bachelors / Masters Degree with 4 to 6 years of relevant experience in Sales
- Preferably from local market with Paint/construction industry background.
- Valid GCC Driving License
- Active supporter of Jotun Values.
