Sustainability is at the core of SEB:s strategy and a top priority for SEB Investment Management. SEB Investment Management AB offers a broad range of investment products for different client segments, with total assets under management around SEK 1000 bn. We are now looking for a Senior ESG specialist to join our team in Stockholm.

About the job
You will be a member of our ESG team, which sets the strategic and tactic sustainability and governance agenda and works closely together with our portfolio management, risk management, product development and communications teams, as well as with other sustainability experts throughout SEB. You will be involved in strategic initiatives such as collaborations, engagement strategies and relationships with research providers. Daily work involves engagement and collaboration with companies and organizations, customer meetings, as well as participation in internal and external sustainability forums. You will work closely with our portfolio managers when it comes to company and sector analysis. You will also be involved external reporting and communication of our sustainability efforts, to customers and in evaluations and surveys. The ESG team currently consists of three senior specialists.

Who are you? 
You have a solid and genuine interest in sustainable finance and a thorough understanding of how sustainability increasingly will affect the business and clients of an asset manager. Your ideal background is from portfolio management, investment banking or ESG analysis and you preferably have several years of experience within the sustainability domain. Analytical skills and the ability to interact and communicate are key competences and you should have the ability to drive your own agenda in a proactive and structured way together with the team. To succeed in the role, you need to be highly client and market oriented.
