Working in Attraction and Mobility in Corporate HR

We are in the midst of change here in HR at Statkraft as we work to continuously enable good organisational and people development, and bring out the best in our employees.

The teams in Corporate HR develop and deliver within the areas of Culture & Workforce Shaping, People Development, Attraction & Mobility, People Governance, HR Advisory, HR Shared Services, and HR Strategy and Projects. All teams work closely with the business and staff areas in Statkraft, and gain insight into the company’s business across all areas and geographies.

The role of Senior Advisor, Employer Branding will report  to VP Talent Attraction & Mobility and have responsibility to planning, managing and executing the global employer brand strategy. Your role:

  • Develop, plan and execute on delivering and implementing the Statkraft employer brand strategy both internally and externally across all markets.
  • Be responsible for managing, developing and improving the employer branding toolbox, training and resources for HR, line and champion groups. 
  • Responsible for strategy and continuous improvement of our early careers programs including trainee program, internships and apprenticeships (not operational support)
  • Plan, support and manage group wide employer branding activities and talent segment focused strategies including communication activities, sourcing strategies, internal/external campaigns, workshops and training at a group level.
  • Create and roll out new creative and digital assets and new technologies to support the implementation of our employer brand and differentiate Statkraft from competitors across SoME channels to build both awareness and consideration.
  • Work in close partnership with communications in ensuring employee communication and storytelling is aligned with our EVP and tone of voice through employee advocacy and ambassador initiatives.
  • Collect, produces and analyses data and metrics to build business cases, track progress and build a credible employer brand inside out across all of Statkraft especially supporting the Recruitment team.
  • High level stakeholder management to onboard and engage the entire organization to support and activate our employer brand.

About you:

We are looking for someone with a proven track record of delivering strong employer branding results within an international environment. That includes knowledge in:

  • 7-10 years experience working within employer branding/talent attraction/branding
  • Employer Value Proposition/employer brand strategy development and activation – ideally within a multi-country perspective
  • Experience developing and delivering training, tools/systems and processes related to employer branding and talent attraction for internal audience
  • Internal stakeholder engagement & facilitation of processes
  • Experience working with and supporting early talent programs such as trainee/graduate programs and internships
  • Knowledge of CRM and SoMe channels including content planning and development for employer branding use and activation
  • Experience working with recruitment dashboards, metrics and KPIs related to employer branding performance and improvement.
