Your primary responsibility will be to ensure impactful digital recruitment initiatives and drive global campaigns in close collaboration with our Talent Acquisition team. 

What you will be doing
As a member of the Global Employer Branding team you will support in setting the vision and goals from both strategic and operative levels regarding our external Digital Talent Management media channels.

Supported by diverse and skilled team you will be responsible for:

• Digital media strategy
  • Responsible to develop, implement and manage our external digital Talent Management media channels
  • Align with marketing
• Responsible for contracts regarding digital media recruitment channels and ads
• Responsible for Talent Management Digital Media Channel Budget
• Create and publish recruitment ads and campaigns in various digital and social media channels
• Write copy text for recruitment ads and campaigns
• Drive Google Adwords from a Talent Management perspective
• Web editor – Create campaign landing pages and publish stories on our SEB web career page
• Monitoring digital media platforms and respond on comments
• Create and run talent nurturing programs
• Manage Talent pools
• Analytics of recruitment ads, digital media channels and web site traffic to continuously optimize the performance 

Who we are looking for:

• Outgoing & collaborative team player with a positive can-do attitude
• You are a top-notch digital media specialist, who are up-to-date on the newest and most impactful trends, and you know how to master them both strategically and operationally
  • You have solid analytical skills and a genuine interest for analytics
  • Excellent at copywriting
  • Fluent in English 
  • Flexible and willing to take ownership  
  • Up for a challenge and ready to suggest new ideas.
