Use your passion for working agile and be a key player in our organisation

As a Scrum Master in DFDS Technology & Innovation department, you will guide and coach on agile software development values and principles in a pace that is sustainable for the teams and the organization. You will challenge status quo to promote an environment and culture of continuous improvement, experimentation, and innovation.

Furthermore, you will work in close cooperation with the Scrum Masters across all scrum teams to ensure continuous improvement throughout the organization. Your great listening, facilitation, coaching and conflict-resolution skills will help the teams and individuals to flourish in a collaborative organization.
