Within our business unit Odfjell Well Services we are looking for a Sales- & Tool Coordinator to join our team in Stavanger. We are looking for an experienced “can do” candidate that is motivated by challenges in a hectic working environment.

Part of the work tasks is:

• Handle the coordination of our wired tubular fleet
• Coordinate other equipment when required 
• Follow up customer project/receive request for customerVerify that customer PO is in accordance with customer order
• Reserve equipment in customer order
• Handle transfers of equipment between OWS locations
• Hire In equipment from 3rd party/establish requisition
• Coordinate transfer of equipment between customer orders
• Follow up unreturned equipment
• Ensure correct on/off hire dates
• Coordinate mobilization of equipment
• Order transport
• Offer equipment beyond contract
• Establish requisitions for cost related to mobilization/demobilization
• Ensure customer order is ready for invoicing
• Follow  up Synergi registered
• Participate in operational meetings at customers location if required
• Other tasks as assigned

 QUALIFICATION REQUIREMENTS:

• Preferably education within logistics
• Min. 5 years industry experience
• Good Knowledge of drilling related equipment, preferably Drillpipe and Tubulars
• Accurate, systematic and have good sense of order
• Good written and oral English skills
