Due to continued growth, we are seeking an experienced NPORS Trainer to join our team, who will be responsible for delivering high quality training and assessment services to our employees. Working Mon – Fri, however flexibility may be required, to meet the operational needs of the business, we require a team player, who can identify opportunities for continuous improvement with the training environment, ensuring the training programmes are effectively implemented. You should have significant experience of this and be familiar using a variety of theoretical and practical techniques. Naturally the associated administration needs to be maintained, ensuring the competency management system remains accurate, along with the use of Microsoft applications.

 

You will be required to support Terminal operations in matters relating to Health & Safety training. Manage and support projects for improving training processes along with, identifying opportunities for cost saving, where training can be delivered internally, rather than using an external supplier. You should hold a recognised teaching qualification, through an accredited training body, and possess excellent communication and organisational skills, with the ability to present confidently. NVQ Level 3, Health & Safety at Work, an A1 Lead Assessor Qualification and a NEBOSH General certificate would be desirable.
