RPA Developer

Statkraft IT is the Statkraft Groups IT service provider and Digitalization Centre of Expertise, delivering a full set of services from business development, change management, projects, application development to operational services.  

The Integration team in Statkraft is responsible for Statkraft’s integration platform. RPA, Azure and Microsoft BizTalk Server serve as the backbone for our global integration architecture. The highly experienced integration team is in Norway and Germany, but we are now expanding our RPA team to India. For data harvesting we’re using the RPA tools UIPath and Content Grabber.

The integration team is part of a large IT organization with over 150 people, providing IT services nationally and globally in Statkraft.

Your role:

As an Integration Developer you will be responsible for developing and maintaining a wide range of RPA agents, supporting critical business processes across the organization. 

Responsibilities and tasks:

• Focus on data harvesting processes, where the data collected is used for market analytics, power scheduling and balancing
• Development of robust and scalable RPA agents
• Life cycle management of RPA agents like monitoring and maintenance of the agents
• Understand business needs and give advices about the possibilities of RPA
• Capture & translate business requirements into actions & deliveries
• Develop close working relationships with other teams
• Collaborate with business and IT Operations

Your profile:

• Solid RPA development skills.
• Relevant education at university level.
• 2-5 years of experience with RPA development
• Experience with the RPA tools UIPath or Content Grabber
• Experience with C# and SQL
• Strong interpersonal skills
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
• Dedicated and has a creative problem-solving attitude
• Comfortable with new challenges and a personal drive to build new development skills
• Ability to work individually as well as in a collaborative environment
• Curious and would like to learn about RPA and Azure services
