Retail Development Coordinator

Jotun Paints Oman has been in operation since 1985 and is serving the local market with Decorative, Protective and Marine paints. Jotun Paints Oman is the market leader in all segments, and a consistent performer with excellent growth potential. To achieve the future growth ambitions, Jotun has invested in a new factory with a production capacity of 60 million litters and already in full operation.

We are looking for a dynamic candidate for the position of Retail Development Coordinator to Develop and implement promotional & training programs by conveying our branding standard to increase traffic level all over Jotun outlets and provide customers with the best shopping experience. This position will be reporting directly to Retail Development Manager.

Duties and responsibilities

Develop and implement all marketing activities for Painters segment.
Control painter’s loyalty program to maximize number of active users contributing in growth.
Generate reports and updates related to Master Painter App.
Prepare and manage our painters training center.

Master Painter App:     
Administer and control the loyalty program by monitoring the mobile application to increase the painters’ loyalty and broaden our database of painters and maintain their rewarding system and communicating with technical team, rewarding team and call centre and other relevant agencies.

Develop and Manage the Master Painter loyalty program App online and Offline Campaigns. by monitoring the regular sales activities, adding new painters to the database

Manage painter communication in different channels, Call centre , WhatsApp and painter Facebook group and handling any complaints that may arise to ensure that proper service is provided for painters.

Assist in implementing all marketing activities (Product Launches, The Jotun Way etc ) by taking part in the on-ground activations to support the department.  

 

Qualifications

Bachelor’s OR Higher Diploma in: Business/ Marketing
Age: 24 – 29 years old
Experience: 1-2 years in related field 
Nationality: OMANI 
Able to communicate in: English & Hindi fluently
