Responsible for advising business areas on integrity / compliance issues that arise within their specific areas and providing mandatory services for the business / employees area (for example sign-offs and IDDs) to ensure that activities follow the requirement of ethics and integrity of the company's culture.

 

Main Responsibilities:

•  Integrity due diligence reviews: Conduct integrity due diligence reviews of potential partners for different business areas. This includes due diligence on M&A processes, which is an important area for the company at the moment.
• Provide advice in response to requests for assessment of compliance through the analysis of procedures in relation to internal rules and current legislation;
• Conduct assessments and analyses of corruption and compliance risks (Compliance risk assessments) and assess the gaps in mitigation in the various business areas and employees;

• Design and supervise the implementation of necessary preventive measures to address the identified risks;

• Lead compliance projects related to the area, through training and awareness of internal areas.

• Lead the development of our Business Ethics and anti-corruption program in Brazil, Chile and Peru;

• Support managers from Latin American and local Compliance countries in the execution of the Compliance Program;

• Provide support for the development and implementation of new procedures and controls to identify and address corruption issues and mitigate compliance risk;

• Support the integration of key business activities in compliance processes, through regular risk assessments and the design of prevention processes;

• Review contractual issues where there are specific compliance issues to consider.

• Develop third party compliance analysis and review as part of one of the mandatory services of the Compliance Unit (Integrity Due Diligence sign-offs).

Requirements:

Graduation: Law;
Language: Fluent English; desired Spanish.

Desirable specifc knowledge:
Anti-Corruption Laws;
Fraud prevention and investigation;
