We in Kongsberg Maritime are now looking for an R&D Engineer to join our Embedded System team. This exciting position is in our central technology department, where we design underwater acoustic systems. We are building new battery driven underwater acoustic equipment often placed on the ocean floor. We run our SW on ARM microcontrollers, programmed using C++, and we mostly interface to FPGAs.

Qualifications and experience

• Educated as Master or equivalent
• Knowledge of embedded systems
• Passionate programmer
• Fluency in English and Norwegian, both verbal and in writing
