Project Engineer for Underwater Acoustics

Key Accountabilities

• Project Engineering for customer delivery projects
• Responsible for systems documentation, ILS packages etc.
• Support Sales and R&D with technical expertise
• Technical management of work packages across internal/external departments
• Perform technical analyses/testing and support
• Systems integrations – Specifications, follow-up development, configuration and testing
• This position also includes work as Service Engineering tasks and travel must be expected
• Increase invoicing activities
• Frequent travels with respect to project activities and department needs

Key Experiences and any Qualification Requirements

• Technologist in Electrical / Electronic Engineering or similar
• Knowledge of Underwater Acoustics
• Proven professional communication skills
• Proactive, self-driven and collaborative
• Candidates must have Canadian citizenship / permanent resident status or eligible for same
• Experience from CRM, AXAPTA, TeamCenter, MS Project or similar tools is an advantage
• Skilled in Kongsberg Maritime products is an advantage
• Knowledge in faultfinding and field service from Kongsberg Maritime products is an advantage
