Are you capable of transferring that experience into practical guidance for the leading manufacturer of the most capable marine autonomous systems and helping secure future capabilities for friendly navies?

 

We are looking for a person with recent operational experience to become part of our Marine Robotics team. Specifically, we need someone with hands on experience from the MCM and ASW arenas to join us as a Product Manager dedicated to Defence Applications.

 

Main tasks and responsibilities:

The role is multifaceted with application development, sales support and bid coordination. It encompasses the following aspects:

-       Develop concepts of operation for unmanned systems in line with naval CONOPs for MCM, ASW, ISR and IPOE

-       Advise the research and development team on technological and capability requirements for defence applications

-       Provide support to the sales team, acting as a subject matter expert

-       Assist the sales team with bid coordination, documentation and compliance assessment for defence sales activities

-       Coordinate the bid process in conjunction with the sales team

 

Desired skills and experience:

-       Recent (within 5 years) operational experience from either a Scandanavian navy, NATO Navy, the Royal Australian Navy

        or Royal New Zealand Navy

-       Be resident in Norway (or able to relocate)

-       Be fluent in both spoken and written English

-       Be able to obtain a Norwegian security clearance
