SEB is now looking for a Product Developer to join our Payments Team within Business Development in the division Corporate and Private Customers (C&PC). You will be responsible for one of our most popular payment products and be an important part of driving the digital development of our products and solutions.

About the job
You will be part of the Payments Team in Business Development, C&PC division. Business Development is the entity within C&PC responsible for the development of products and services to small and medium sized corporates and private customers.

You will join the Swish team consisting of business representatives, developers and architects where you will be responsible for the development and launch of new abilities of the product. We constantly adapt our product offerings to meet the changing customer behavior, regulatory requirements and increased competition in the market and you will be an important part of forming, driving and coordinating our roadmap going forward within the Swish area.  

You will be a key player in the Swish development tribe and you will act as an agile Product Owner, being the bridge between business and IT. As Product Owner, you will be the central connection point and responsible for prioritizing the backlog in order to reach our strategic goals.

We work in cross functional teams to enable good collaboration and efficiency and you will be in close contact with internal stakeholders as well as external, such as GetSwish and other parties. You will lead initiatives on both a strategic level to be able to contribute to our future roadmap and at the same time, work with close attention to details and requirements, in order to do refinements of the product and process. 

Who are you?
You are a doer that make things happen and you can see things from a holistic view. You are a good communicator and listener and you take different perspectives into consideration. Networking and building strong long-term business relationships are natural for you. You are motivated by developing widely used payment products and you are structured and able to find efficient solutions in a complex setting. Furthermore you can analyze data and turn creative ideas into clear business requirements and you are not afraid to question existing solutions, rather seeing change as an opportunity to improve.

You have experience from working with digital development and you have a true passion for being an active part of the digital transformation. We want you to have experience of agile ways of working and payment processes/products. Experience from Swish is meriting. Knowledge of the end customer, both private- and corporate customers are valued. You have an academic education and you are fluent in written and spoken Swedish and English.
