We are currently looking for a high-performing person for the position of the Product Data Controller. The role will be based in Kongsberg Maritime - Product Service Center, Gdynia.

 

Product Data Controller

Location: Gdynia, Product Service Center

 

 

Key responsibilities

 

• Maintain configurations in our ERP system.
• Provide maintenance and continuous improvement of our processes.
• Support and maintain data quality.
• Respond to shared mailbox.
• Support function in project and improvement work.

 

Key qualifications

 

• Minimum of a bachelor’s degree, preferably in mechanical engineering, data administration or related fields.
• Previous experience with ERP-systems.
• Fluent spoken and written English.
• Experience in supporting cross-functional teams.
• Experience with Teamcenter or other PLM system is considered as an advantage.
• Product and maritime competence is considered as an advantage.
• Willing to act on own initiative, make things happen and accept responsibility for the results.
• Ability to adhere to the company rules and procedures and execute plans with commitment and determination.
• Excellent communication skills, paying attention to communicate in a clear, precise and structured way.
• Willing to co-operate well with others, share knowledge, experience, information and provide support to others in the pursuit of the team goals.
