Job Summary:

Manage the day-to-day SCM activities in relation to supply of food, catering & cleaning consumables. Develop & award contracts and purchase orders in support.

 

Key Responsibilities:

• Preparation of contract & procurement plans and processing of requests for proposals/tenders;
• Evaluate contractor/supplier proposals and manage negotiations for contracts/purchase orders for assigned areas of responsibility;
• Evaluates and analyzes received tenders / bids / quotations / proposals / offers to establish the detailed commercial and pricing implications;
• Contract administration;
• Perform tasks associated with assigning/executing EPICOR purchase orders;
• Manage & expedite delivery of goods and services;
• Perform market analysis within relevant contracting & procurement areas;
• Participate in prequalification of contractors and suppliers when required;
• Arrange logistical services that move materials in a cost effective, safe, efficient and risk-free manner;
• Ensure that all Company, Partner and Governmental requirements are incorporated in the SCM process and complied with.

 

Required Qualifications & Experience:

• HND and/or Certificate, 10+ years relevant experience;
• Demonstrable knowledge & experience in Supply Chain activities;
• Working knowledge of International Procurement Governance;
• Min 5 years working knowledge in Oil & Gas Supply Chain position;
