As our new People Analytics Specialist, you will join our dedicated People & Culture team where you will play a crucial role in collecting, structuring, analyzing, and reporting on HR processes and data. You will establish People metrics and improve the people-data reporting provision across the business, delivering precise data to line managers and business stakeholders, driving the transition of the people analytics capability from ad-hoc reporting to a predictive and trend focused approach. You will work with internal stakeholders of the People and Culture function to maximize the effectiveness of key strategic and operational projects across the People team. 

You will be the main point of contact for all people analytics within the business, producing data in an agile way that is tailored to the needs of each business stakeholder. You will take lead in the modernization of the HR system portfolio, as well as making sure we are utilizing data to contribute to the efficiency and effectiveness of key strategic projects and processes within the HR function (e.g. benchmarking, organizational design, learning needs analysis, employee engagement etc.)

This role is perfect for you who already have:

  • Master level education within Finance/business or social sciences 
  • Knowledge of important trends and benchmarks for people analytics, and HR functions, products and services.
  • Experience with using reporting tools for the extraction and manipulation of data 
  • Advanced skills in Microsoft Excel, Microsoft Power Point and Power BI
  • Knowledge of HR Information Systems, preferably Workday 

General skills and attributes: 

  • Ability to communicate both in writing and verbally at all levels of business operations 
  • Analytical and numerate with a keen attention to detail 
  • A team player who demonstrates an understanding of the need to share and work with others to achieve common goals 
  • Ability to use data to identify internal and external trends based upon benchmarking information
