Manage all technical operations and the factory manufacturing facilities in line with company strategy, policies.

Set key performance indicators for each function by using the continuous improvement plans

Prepare Operations Strategies, the Factory budget and investment plans to meet forecasted requirements of market and approved quality level of the products.

Coordinate the operations related activities to meet customer demands in time.

Represent the Company at Global Operation meetings, report Operations activities.
 
Supervise all HSEQ issues of the company operations by managing and motivating HSE Manager and lead to Local HSEQ committee in accordance with National and Jotun SHE standards.

Ensure the Factory operates in a safe and efficient manner by continuously updating operatives on the standard required by the means of regular meetings and training sessions
Communicate between factory and local authorities.

According to the requirement in the HSEQ management system, the holder of this position is the owner for Element 14 – Quality. Job holder is also a resource provider for Element 6 – Technical Safety and Element 11 – Management of Change; and supports the owners of these elements

Minimum 10 years of managerial experience in Paints and Powder Coatings production and technical operations

Leadership skills in line with Jotun's Leadership Expectations

University degree; preferably in Chemical Engineering or Chemistry

Advanced spoken and written skills in English
