OceanSMART is seeking skilled maritime, software, and data science professionals to join our dynamic team. As OceanSMART Implementation Manager you will be an active member and leader of the implementation team to ensure customers realise maximum utilization and ROI from the OceanSMART SaaS applications. You will develop recommended practices for each application and evololve the implementation methodology to ensure the optimal implementation.  

The position can be located in Stavanger, Norway, London, England or Houston Texas.

 

Functions:

• Understand the value our customers derive from OceanSMART products and services
• Maintain detailed working knowledge of all OceanSMART solutions
• Execution of OceanSMART Implementations
• Lead the establishment and development of OcecanSMART implementation methodology & recommended practices
• Project Management and oversight the entire implementation process

 

Experience: 

• Proven ability to develop and maintain an efficient implementation process
• Excellent organizational, Change Management, motivational and interpersonal skills
• Prior experience in the Maritime, and or Bulk Cargo supply chain industry

Qualifications:

Required:

• Bachelor´s degree or equivalent education and experience
• 5 years client service experience in a software implementation environment

 

Supervisory Responsibilities:

• The position has supervisory responsibilities. It will lead the software implementation team

 

Reporting Relationships:

This position will report to the Director Maritime Digital Products, Sales & Marketing
