Job Summary:

Provide support on HSE issues related to DNO ASA Operations, as required, supervise the effective and efficient HSE coverage and performances relating to all current and future activities, and also providing quality and timely support to the WS Team.

Key Responsibilities:

• Perform preventative maintenance on all equipment.
• Inspect and report on all equipment daily or as required,
• Fill out all log sheets and maintenance cards correctly and ensure they are kept up to date,
• Ensure all equipment is kept clean,
• Daily Fuel Readings
• Capability to identify require spares and tools for Mechanical item
• Capability to prepare Maintenance Procedures and perform the Maintenance Independently.
• Ensure Floor Hands have performed preventative maintenance on appropriate equipment.
• Adhere to all Company Safety Policy, Procedures and Practices.
• Performs testing, lubrication, and maintenance of moving parts.
• Ensure that all reporting routines are followed and that all equipment related paperwork are carried out within his area of responsibility. Specifically, he must:

•  Do Daily Fuel readings and document same.
•  Ensure all preventative maintenance reports recorded.
• Ensure that all fluids, oil, filters are in stock;
• Be safety conscious in all his/her work and use compulsory protective equipment;
• Responsible for safe working conditions at all times;
• Be familiar with all relevant work and safety procedures issued by Company.
• Apply and ensure the correct application of prescribed safety standards and regulations and take part in emergency drills and safety meetings; Ensure safe working practices are followed. Conduct Quality / Safety meetings or TBT prior to work performed.
• Any other duties as may be assigned from time to time.
• Other tasks as directed by the supervisors

Required Qualifications & Experience:

• Education: Diploma or Degree in Mechanical.
• Experience: Minimum 4-5 years of relevant industry experience.
• Technical Expertise: Expertise in plant Maintenance and the plant equipment trouble shooting. Strong in maintenance program, Documentation and inventory. Strong in HSE standards and implementing an HSE program.
• Good ability to work in a multi-cultural environment.
• Ability to work calmly even in emergency situation and prioritise work requirements.
