Marketing Automation Manager

Marketing combined with technology.  If you have a flare for both, we’ve got the role for you!

Due to expansion, we’re looking for a Marketing Automation Manager to join us working at our site in Newcastle.  You’ll be working with project teams to analyse current systems and processes and design a strategy for the adoption of agile best practices.  Guiding the team to ensure they remain on track with agile techniques, you’ll need to tweak and fine-tune approaches to guarantee the overall strategy is achieved – we’re all about innovation and doing things a little differently so we’ll want you to actively promote a culture of continuous improvement.

You’ll be coaching Senior Management in agile practices, and you’ll need to be an advocate and champion the use of metrics and other objective measures across teams.  On top of this, we’ll need you to support the content CRO and personalisation program including, technology platforms, testing roadmap, reporting and implementation of results all whilst owning the analysis and management of content, using the STDC framework to identify which performs the best omni channel.

We know that to come in and hit the ground running, you’ll need to be a skilled marketer with experience in managing digital projects and multiple language digital marketing activity.  If you’ve worked with CDP (segment) it’s an advantage, but if not, its not a deal breaker for us.

Now about what we can give you.  You’ll be able to access some fantastic benefits such as:

  • Life assurance cover
  • Contributory company pension scheme
  • Holiday Purchase Scheme
  • Free ferry travel for up to 4 guests between Dover and Calais / Newcastle and Amsterdam with no limit on trips
