Reporting to the Vice President BU Nordic, you’ll have responsibility for driving the growth of the business unit and developing a long-term commercial strategy for the next three to five years with sustainability as a key lever. The country is performing well, and there is a significant opportunity for future organic and inorganic growth as well as increased levels of collaboration within and across the operational teams and divisions in the Nordics, UK, Continent and beyond

About the role 

You will have the responsibility for the end-to-end operational performance of the business through robust performance management focusing upon optimization, efficiencies, and customer service levels.  You’ll be leading and engaging colleagues, creating development opportunities, driving and developing sustainable solutions through our customers value chains, successfully managing change and communication to facilitate a positive collaborative and developmental culture.

Being an energetic and inspiring leader who can develop strong working relationships with other team members and key function business partners, you’ll drive strategic agenda and guarantee the competitiveness of the entire organization.  We will also need you to ensure legal and general compliance across all functions with a high level of focus upon safety, sustainability and quality

The people

In this position you will lead 35+ professionals, with its own customs, finance, sales, salary and logistics departments. You will get an experienced team of department heads with motivation and drive to be part of the movement.

We are currently relocating to brand new office spaces at Brobekkveien, close to the general business.
