ENERGY: Develops competitive products and solutions to streamline deliveries of Electrical systems, Instrumentation, Telecom and LNG/FGSS. Manages KM portfolio of internal developed or external sourced electrical products. Executes the engineering activities to secure efficient and profitable delivery of projects.

ENERGY SOLUTIONS: Develops a competitive portfolio of energy system solutions. Manages the energy system portfolio, monitors and improves KM profitability and market competitiveness. Energy Solutions shall act as key adviser of KM electrical strategy. Control budget and spend into Energy tender-engineering activities and monitors hit-rates.

We are looking to recruit Managers – Energy Solutions, each responsible for distinct energy solutions. We are considering dividing these solutions into AC Conventional, AC Hybrid PTI/PTO, DC Hybrid PTI/PTO, AC Closed Ring & Hybrid. There is a considerable overlap and commonality between these solutions and as such the division may be subject to discussion.

 

 The positions report to Director Energy Solutions.

 

About the position:

This role will be responsible for

• Solution roadmaps and budget and development of electrical solutions
• Defining goals and is responsible for meeting profitability goals for total Energy Solutions
• Application engineering of Energy Solutions into tenders
• Perform critical design reviews
• Escalation point and design authority for Energy Solutions delivered into projects
• Innovation at Energy Solution level, providing requirements to Energy Product Management to implement such innovations
