Head Chef-Kitchen manager

Head Chef, Kitchen Manager - This position comes with a high level of responsibility leading the kitchen team.

* Good leadership skills
* Previous experience working as Kitchen manager or similar role
* Passion for Italian cuisine
* Thrives within high tempo environments
* Desire to contribute to our new concept
* Minimum 5 years experience (experience within an Italian kitchen an advantage)
* English and Norwegian language
* Ideally qualified to degree level and /or educated at hospitality college or school.
* Full time position must have ability to work weekends and evenings
