Job Summary:

DNO is a Norwegian oil and gas operator focused on the Middle East region and the North Sea. Founded in 1971, DNO is Norway’s oldest oil company. With a leading position in terms of reserves and production in the Kurdistan region of Iraq, DNO produces around 110,000 barrels of oil per day from the flagship Tawke field.

DNO is seeking for IT Senior Applications Analyst who acts as ERP Subject Matter Expert to lead consulting and support activities. Mainly responsible for performing implementation, support tasks and producing quality deliverables. He/ She owns ERP support and implementation deliverables and to take a leadership position to work with ERP users on an independent basis for engagements with little supervision.

Key Responsibilities:

• Perform consulting and implementation tasks for Epicor ERP system across all DNO business units. Being responsible for the optimal set up and training for system users.
• Act as focal point to support ERP and other IT applications users. 
• Responsible for problem identification, applications specification and/or design, implementation, documentation, testing, Users training and solution deployment adhering to Epicor’s implementation best practices.
• Evaluate latest system releases, match with business needs, and deliver as needed
• Ensure all deliverables in area of responsibility is delivered on time.

Required Qualifications & Experience:

• Experience with Epicor ERP is required
• At least 5 years of ERP Implementation experience, ideally with 2 years+ of Epicor ERP functional experience.
• Experience of implementing Epicor ERP with focus on Finance, Supply chain and Projects.
• Strong knowledge in both supply chain and accounting business processes and practices.
• Very good knowledge in MS SQL.
• Very good knowledge in reporting tools MS SSRS, MS Power BI.
• Degree level education
• Very good communication skills would be needed as this would be a user facing role. including good virtual presentations skills.
• Solid experience with training and/or teaching others.
• Occasionally, traveling is required to support projects and users onsite.
