IT Business Analyst within SEB Technology Trading Regulatory Reporting Team in Stockholm

We are on an exciting transformation journey to expand our responsibilities within SEB’s Trading Regulatory Reporting area. The virtual team today consists of skilled and dedicated persons based both in Stockholm and Riga. And we are now looking for an IT business analyst who aspires to play a key part of our agile transformation and will be committed to develop the regulatory IT solutions for SEB and to shape the future of this IT team.

About the job
As the scope of regulatory requirements and reporting is growing within the Financial Industry, SEB is taking an active approach to build the necessary infrastructure and secure talents that will work in a virtual team to deliver high quality reporting on behalf of our clients. Now we are looking to add new team members who will continue to work with colleagues and counterparts located in Stockholm and Riga.

The IT business analyst role includes problem and issue solving together with the IT maintenance team and collaboration with source systems within SEB Technology. As a business analyst, you will also be working closely with our IT Scrum teams and business stakeholders to create clear system specifications that will facilitate a smooth and high-quality delivery to meet all current and future regulatory reporting needs.

Who are you? 
To succeed in this position, you need to be driven, structured, customer focused and have strong analytical skills. You are proactive and used to questioning and developing established ways of working to improve customer experience and efficiency.

Previous experience working with Trading products and/or Financial Regulatory Reporting is preferred.

We expect you to have great ability to work in a diverse team, find common ground within different cultures and you also must have good communication skills in English. We highly value your personality. You are positive, service minded and taking ownership comes naturally to you.
