SEB Investment Management AB manages a broad range of funds and mandates for different client segments, with total assets under management of over 1,000 bn SEK. We are in a dynamic development phase and are now looking for a Portfolio Risk Manager to join our team in Stockholm.

About the job
The team is responsible for the identification, analysis, reporting and management of portfolio related risks and performance in funds and mandates, from a first line of defense perspective. Your daily job will involve working with the division’s management in setting, evaluating and managing internal risk budgets and performance goals. You will be involved in risk management related projects and improvements and regularly present to risk related committees and the Board of Directors of SEB Investment Management. Portfolio Risk management is a topic in constant development and access of data is crucial, therefore your skills in working in databases are of high importance.

Who are you? 
You have a solid and genuine interest in risk management, financial markets and formal training in economics, finance, mathematics and/or statistics. Previous experience from risk management is preferable. Analytical skills, programming knowledge (preferable Microsoft SQL Server Management Studio, Tableau and Python) and the ability to communicate are key competences and you should have the ability to drive your own agenda in a proactive and structured way together with the team. To succeed in the role, you need to be flexible, innovative and prepared to take on a high degree of responsibility.
