Statkraft’s International Trainee Programme is a great introduction into working life. You will spend 16 months learning and developing yourself alongside other graduates, and kick start your career in renewables. The programme consists of three job rotations across the company, of which at least one will be abroad. As a trainee, you will participate in various professional development courses and gatherings to acquire new skills and share experiences. You will also become a part of our brand-new CEO-led Future Board – an advisory board made up of trainees and young professionals at Statkraft who will advise and challenge our CEO on key issues and topics. For the first time ever, young professionals get a seat at the table, and will help shape our future here at Statkraft.

Digitalisation Trainee in Energy Management  
Location: Oslo or Düsseldorf (two positions available). 

Energy Management is responsible for energy management of all our own and 3rd party assets and consumers in Europe, delivering production planning and access to physical energy markets. We also deliver weather, hydrology, climate and market analysis across Statkraft. ​

As a Trainee in Energy Management Digitalisation, you will: 

The Technology, Project & Process unit consists of a team of cutting-edge professionals with the task to provide discipline expertise to support operating units in daily operations and maintenance projects, execute system support and perform analysis on a portfolio level. We are also responsible for coordination across operating units for synergy effects, experience and knowledge exchange.

As a Digitalisation Trainee in Production & Industrial Ownership, you will:

To be eligible to apply, please note that you must hold a completed Master’s Degree within September 2022, and have no more than two years of work experience (excluding internships, summer jobs, part-time jobs and similar).
